Swedish producer and ‘serial remixer’ Copycat has put his disco dynamic to Billie Ray Martin’s track ‘Just Fascination’. The man from the south of the Scandinavian home of house has the ability to vary up his productions ranging from banging electro disco to the soothing Balearic sounds. However, this time he’s opted for the former with his take on the legendary German music star’s production.
His remix comes packed with a powerful kickdrum, the groovy sound of a synthy disco bassline and the elegant vocals from Billie are perfectly used in this track which seemingly keeps on building. It really lives up to it’s name and I can safely say it’s an ‘Epic Electro Disco Remix’.
The disco dub remix also on the bill is just as good, if not better. It packs more of a punch and is not one for the faint hearted disco fans.With lighter vocals, the disco synths take the front seat and take the ears for one hell of a ride.
Both will be featured on the forthcoming CD release of The Crackdown Project and both are definitely worthy of your attention, bangers!
