Our entire team at WWD have been looking forward to this one for quite some time. Hot Creations regulars Patrick Topping and wAFF land in Dublin tomorrow night for what should be one of the standout dates in this calender year. The JACK guys have been spacing out their shows a bit more of late but the quality is still there in droves with both these acts having enjoyed standout years.

Topping has been somewhat of a whirlwind since his debut ep Walk On started making waves on Hot Trax last year. He’s followed that up by generating a large degree of excitement around his two EP’s Any Amounts and Get Beasty which both dropped on the imfamous Hot Creations Imprint. Any Amounts was one of the highlights of the late summer with it’s unique guitar riff and rumbling bassline causing widespread devastation. The follow up featuring the hard driving Get Beasty as well as the energetic Stop ensured Topping was the name on everybody’s lips come ADE. We’re expecting a big performance from him come Friday night.

Alongside him will be the formidable entity that is wAFF. Jon Wafer has been putting smiles on clubbers faces since his stunning release Jo Johnson way back when and he enjoyed a stellar 2013 with some big remixes on the likes of Suara and Hot Creations including a delightful remix of Shine from Digitaria. The UK native has forged a fine reputation for himself and with classics like Ibiza and Puke It Up in his locker you can be sure The Button Factory will be suitably impressed.
