Hamburg duo Piemont have graced Toolroom Records with an ultra-groovy debut release in the form of  ‘Crowned’. Once more showcasing their knack for some fine sampling, they extracted a quality hip-hop vocal snippet and laid it down with some quality funk and soul vibes. It makes for a quality jackin’ house cut. It should come as no surprise, the pair have already rocked many respected labels including the likes of Monika Kruse’s Terminal M, MBF and Brighton imprint Skint Records.
