Not really much is known yet about Denis Sulta but this appears to be his debut release. It’s the 12th release from up and coming Scottish vinyl only label Dixon Avenue Basement Jams and it’s a corker. The opener ‘A.A.S (Nite & Day Mix)’, is a seriously groove filled, vocal orientated banger. It’s something you would expect to hear from Tama Sumo.

The first track on the B side, ‘A.A.L.A.S’, is another vocal type track but it’s got a much more soulful and relaxed vibe to it. The last track, ‘Saturday Nite’, features samples of Oliver Cheathams ‘Get Down Saturday Night’ but it’s actually quite tastefully done. It’s energetic and something that would lift your mood in the early hours of the morning.
