Subject Keep The Quality Coming With Move D

News
15 April 2015

The fine gents over at Subject have been on something of a run of late with the likes of A Guy Called Gerald, Derrick May and Kerri Chandler all making recent stopovers in Dublin’s fair city. A plethora of dance music legends and a sign of the quality that is always on offer at their much loved events. Continuing at their relentless pace, this week they welcome legendary German producer Move D to one of Dublin’s underground bastion’s the Twisted Pepper.

Having been an integral part of the electronic music scene since the early 90s’s Move D (known to his mother as David Moufang) has steadily built a reputation as a purveyor of fine music (incorporating jazz, classical, house and techno into his worldly sound). An earlier pioneer of the ambient sound, Moufang posses almost as many monikers as the genres he has traversed with the likes of Reagenz, Magic Mountain High and Earth To Infinity all providing vehicles for his diverse tastes. Having visited Dublin on a number of occasions in recent years his well devout fan base will surely be out in force this Friday night for what promises to be an all conquering amalgam of electronic music.

Listen below to Move D’s most recent release a collaboration with DJ Jus-Ed where they pay tribute to the wonderful sound of acid!

Tickets: Move D @ Subject – The Twisted Pepper
