Ralph Lawson’s 20/20 Vision Recordings has lined up a huge remix EP for Citizenn’s much acclaimed ‘BE’ Release, which arrived earlier this year. Not only do the label head and Citizenn himself feature among the new mixes but the imprint also welcomes back Montréal’s Zach Joss better known as Forrest. The rising producer and vocalist led the standout ‘Manhattan EP’ in March.

Today, you can check out his unique take on Citizenn’s cut exclusively via WWD. Fresh from debuting on Tiga’s Turbo Recordings, Forrest has delivered yet another underground weapon, an upfront groover as powerful as it is energetic. Scattered with emotive vocal snippets and splashing ride cymbals, it rides forth on a truly monstrous drum ensemble.
