Mexico’s Tenampa Recordings and talented Dutchman Mike Ravelli call on legendary German producer Robert Babicz for a monster rework on the forthcoming ‘Vendor’ EP. The Cologne man, renowned for standout releases on the likes of  Systematic, Kompakt and Audiomatique, has delivered a typically impressive remix, a cut we’re delighted to present exclusively today to WWD readers.

Taking a left turn from the upfront grooves of the original mix, Babicz has put a progressive touch to the track, fusing new melodic touches and supplemental atmospheric sounds into its futuristic body. An electric energy runs throughout the seven minute cut as it rides forth with a thumping kick drum and wavering bass-line.

Mike Ravelli’s ‘Vendor EP (inc. Robert Babicz Remix)’ is out on Tenampa Recordings on 15th June 2015.
