Stereo Bar is hosting David August on September 5th, a venue that’s part of his first North American tour and a date, which has been anticipated by many as he was unable to attend Stereo after-hours last year due to a fire at the Chicago airport. With a background of classical music, the 24 year old has demonstrated his love for electronic sounds through inspiring releases on labels such as KNM, Diynamic and Innervisions.
Only ever playing live, he was ranked in the top 5 best live sets last year by Resident Advisor. August will be joined by Jesse Zotti, a Montreal based DJ who has been playing on the international stage and locally alongside amazing artists like Sacha, Tale of us, Guy J, Deep Dish and many more.
