Irish producer Chymera (Brendan Gregoriy) has been producing some stellar music over the past few years and has had some big releases with some of the best labels in the business with the likes of Cocoon Recordings, Ovum, NRK and Delsin among others and has a proven record in producing deep melodic house classics.

Chymera’s latest release “Screenshot In Technicolour” released on Outpost Recordings is a three track EP and it is in no doubt a dance floor gem. The EP consists of the title track by Chymera and the two remaining tracks consist of remixes by Funk D’Void, with Paul Loraine and Helmut Ebritsch teaming up for the final track. Chymeras melodic groove really shines through on the original track with deep percussion elements and sharp synths from the start. He captures a deep an energetic vibe engrossed in a powerful bassline.

Funk D’Void’s take on the original is slightly different but keeps the main vibe of the original track while adding in some slow building synth effects and more hard hitting drums. On the final track Paul Loraine and Helmut Ebritsch have a different take on the original, this one is a real head bobber and they capture an engaging tone and increase the tempo, resulting in a fine production.

Release Date: 30/11/2015
