He’s joined on the released by fellow VIVa man Detlef (renowned also for works on Moon Harbour and Defected), who shines brightly himself – looking after the remix of title track “The Sound Scientist”.

Today, we’ve got a quality treat for WWD readers, you can hear the lead track on Housewerks’ new release exclusively on site. “The Sound Scientist” is a powerful four-to-the-floor weapon, which fuses a staunch drum ensemble with a shufflin’ bass-line, coating the surface with robotic chills, futuristic effects and an inimitable vocal sample. With a fiery breakdown and an irresistible climax, this is certainly one to raise the roof.
