When We Dip | Steinklopfer - I Never Did It EP [Ghosthall]

Steinklopfer is an alias used by Roland Vollenweider, who’s also half of the Us & Sparkles duo, and with “I Never Did It EP” he’s going to made his second appearance on the label Switzerland label Ghosthall.

The sound of the whole release fits into a particular and researched deep house style, where the biggest part of the game is played by synths and fxs: melodies, pads, tickles and surrounding pads become the essential elements that build intense and limpid atmospheres.

The piano sequence of “Melodies” and “Evenings” with its subtle and surrounding glitches are the most different and futuristic productions of the releases, and show the implementation by the artist of new influences and contaminations into his style.
