Parisian nightlife is currently in the midst of a complete renaissance period. In the last 5 years it has gone from having a rapidly declining nightlife scene to quickly becoming one of the most talked about cities for electronic music in Europe. With various festivals and clubs popping up in recent years one of the most standout of the latter is Weather festival, which is most closely related to the likes of Amsterdams Dekmantel. Pushing the boundaries in the city and rekindling the flame of techno and house amongst the Parisians.

Weather festival has returned for another year to bring you a weekend of some of the finest electronic music both from across the globe and local too. The Parisian festival is now in its 4th year of existence.  Weather festival is synonymous with the cities musical rebirth. Co- run by the founders of the infamous Concrete. They have just announced a star studded line up which will give even the finest festivals in the world a serious run for their money.

Running from the 3rd of June until the 5th, The weekend’s events will host almost 100 different artists in their most ambitious outing to date. The festival has been keen to support local talent as well as booking international big names. With an emphasis to inspiring the young local talent to create and explore music. Local French artists playing are Anetha, Point G, Francois X, UVB and S3A, to name but a few.

On the larger scale some of the bigger names booked to showcase their world class skills are Len Faki, Nina Kraviz, Hessel audio and motor city drum ensemble. Most interestingly out of the plethora of names booked is a slot for Robert Hood to play a Hiphop set. Taking a step away from his deeply rooted techno background this is a side of Robert that is rarely scene and is something very unique that is not to be missed.
