Soniculture is a label and a promotion agency based in Portugal founded by Expander, the next release has been produced by João Luís a.k.a. Apart, who has already appeared on the label. With the “Mental Issues EP” the producer shows an interesting and trippy kind of sound: melting hypnotic synths with solid drum loops he has been able to avoid the obviousness and lack of innovation that generally affects dance-floor oriented music styles. “Obsession” with its old-school trance touches along with “Paranoia” reveal a particular but effective instrumental set-up, definitely two of the most interesting tracks on the release.

“Mental Issues EP” will be published in March 17th 2016.
