Fresh new music to get your week off to a spritely start from Italian producer VNP aka Vincenzo Paccone who turns out one hell of an EP in the form of Wake Me Up. The third release from his label Nice To Be Records (closely linked with the string of successful Nice To Be parties in Naples, Italy) looks set to make quite an impression thanks to some stellar originals and two powerhouse remixes from Luca Agnelli and TWR72 (recently featured in our podcast series).

The title track Wake Me Up incorporates a plethora of weird and wonderful vocal chops over a tough techno underbelly while remixes from Luca Agnelli and TWR72 are predictably tasty. We’ve also taken quite a shine to the B side which features a more melodic backbone and some thumping percussion. All in all, the Italian has produced a package well worth of your attention.
