Stonehouse & Prince Club Come Together for New Release on Nervous Records

4 July 2016

Canadian producers Prince Club (Defected Records, Snatch! Records) and Stonehouse (Minds Of Sin) come together this month for a brand new EP on noted New York City imprint Nervous Records, home to the likes of Armand Van Helden, Joeski, DJ Sneak and Denney. The Montreal based pair have crafted two tech house gems in ‘The Remedy’ and ‘From The Heaven’. We’re talking dynamite four-to-the-floor weapons.

‘The Remedy’ is a relentless tech beast with a warm, aggressive bass-line and a slashing set of hi-hats. It’s sturdy foundation is coated with dark vocal snippets, giving the track an eery air, perfect for a late night, high-energy and driving set.

As for ‘From The Heaven’, it offers a more old school house touch while still retaining a similar energy. It’s centred around a thumping kick drum and a hypotic vocal sample. Once more a rousing bass-line provides the engrossing low-end element.
