Christian D Nox & Frank Beckers are nothing but electronic music royalty. Consistently dropping Techno and House bombs for well over a decade, the magnificent german production duo shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon. In fact, they’re absolutely on fire right now. With releases on labels like Christian Smith’s ‘Tronic Music’, Marc Romboy’s ‘Systematic’, Stephan Bodzin’s ‘Herzblut’ and a smashing EP that just came out a couple of weeks ago on  Coyu’s ‘Suara’, they prepared an impressive return on Solee’s ‘Parquet Recordings’, coming out November the 28th.

Argentinian talent Santiago Franch is also on board. The friend who’s joined them for quite a few productions now, surely helps make this another special one. The result is pure bliss. Together, they deliver an exquisite original that is served alongside an impressive remix by no other than Ruede Hagelstein. Definitely a must-have release.

No words can provide a precise description for what’s involved in this melodic journey. All you know is you’ll wish it never ends… Enough of words, just close your eyes and dip into the night!

The original, a wonderful journey which commences with a trippy synth loop that slowly migrates to an exhibition of perfectly harmonic layers, displaying an enchanting melodic deep affair. A shady bassline properly establishes a darker mood for the tune. During the breakdown, there’s an intense growth of the primary synthetic element that leads to a nearly unbearable disharmony where elements go trippier than ever, right before the gloomy bassline reassumes on the drop, retaking control of the vibes and settling things down again. This all about the kind, soft beats and a night time defined mood. A formidable piece of music.

For the remix, they welcome Watergate’s Ruede Hagelstein who presents something slightly groovier. Matching the original, it brings a well measured combination of synthetic sounds, increasing the acoustic elements and also there’s a second-to-none catchiness of a smoothed version of the original’s synthesizers, recreating the already infectious atmosphere of ‘Summer Lights’. A deeply emotional derivative tune that pulses with an airy wildness. Safe to say that Ruede reinterpreted the original with great competence.
