As the nights are getting cooler, here’s a selection of dynamite cuts we assembled just for you to warm up the disco a little! It’s our weekly playlist. Starting strong with the Montreal-based DJ and Producer Kora who teamed up with Adrien another DJ and Producer from the neighbourhood. Nuit d’Afrique is a gentle track that takes us down a vivid path of perception and rhythm. Mad Villains and the talented vocalist Aisha Zoe release on the Love & Other imprint ‘’Senses’’ with a club-friendly vibe. Infused with sophisticated, straight from the soul vocals and paired with a heavy kick drum this one will surely make the temperature on the dancefloor rise. Kitty starlwarts Return Of The Jaded & Juliet Sikora combine on Coyu’s Barcelona-based imprint Suara with ‘Did You Take My Money’. The Italian duo Black Loops jump into the creative process of ‘’Qué Es Funk’’ and bring their twist own with an awesome ‘Pina Colada remix’. Lex & Wood diffuse a dynamite deep tech base with an irresistible and raw energy. The pair excel in blending an engrossing ensemble of heavy kick drums and lush hi-hats alongside a splash of melodic wonder. They delivered a brand new record on Eton Messy. “Faceless Goat” here instantly delights with its majestic opening chords, only to unleash a smashing grandeur of sample fun and lustful grooves. It’s a no-vocal-required killer, rich in texture and yet subtly enchanting. There’s plenty of other gems in the playlist feel free to dig it. See you soon with another plates of tasty records!
