For Stephen Garrett of Belfast (best known by his artist name Fractious), this description couldn’t be more apt. With releases on the likes of Waveform, Trapez and Gem Records the techno producer has garnered a steady following in recent years, but it is perhaps his brand new release on Christian Smith’s Tronic which has been turning heads of late. The groove infused ‘Pendulum’ is a bonafide smash and takes pride of place on Tronic’s latest Secret Weapons release.
