Parisian duo Alex Heim & Adrian Carreno, better known in electronic music as Birds of Mind, are next to grace Francesca Lombardo’s budding Echolette label. Following up on releases via Underyourskin and Akumandra, the pair have supplied an invigorating effort influenced from the sounds of east, it’s titled ‘Ankara’. It comes strapped with a troop of quality remixers, which includes the boss herself as well as NU, Stavroz and Zone+ & Usif.

Mysterious producer NU provides a ten minute masterpiece, rising the track from a eery wobble and delicate pads to a light groove coated with the emotive vocal from the original. Check it out in full only on When We Dip today.
