No Moon – Everything’s Coming Up Millhouse [X-Kalay]

When We Dip
Electronic, Lo-fi, News
3 January 2017

Kicking off the new year in supreme style. Manchester man Fred Sheperd aka No Moon follows in the footsteps of artists like Slim Steve, Rudolf C and Aquarium by taking up the mantle at X-Kalay. The UK producer has laid a stellar four tracker for the London-based imprint, fusing a beautiful ensemble of soft melodic touches and unrefined drum sounds. The record includes soothing groover ‘Everything’s Coming Up Millhouse’, a track you can hear in full premiere on When We Dip today.

The B2 (featured above) offers a more laid-back zoned-off treat and it’s coupled with a trio of raw, high energy cut, which you can hear just below.

Release date set for January 6th 2017.
