Japanese producer/dj Hoshina Anniversary (also of Boys Noize Records) treats Tiga’s Turbo Recordings to an awesome lo-fi-tinged five track EP titled ‘Phone Case’ this week. The title stemming from a now infamous tweet from the label boss – “Just to be clear — phone cases are for losers”. It’s already picking up support from the likes of Len Faki, Richie Hawtin, Jennifer Cardini and The Black Madonna.

Our pick of the bunch is ‘Route 60’ – a mind-altering rhythmic masterpiece featuring the voice of Hoshina Anniversary himself. It’s followed closely by the similar fashion yet equally fresh ‘All You Need Is ‘Good’. It’s a certified mind-warper itself.  Check out the full EP below.
