OK, now stop whatever it is you’re doing because this is seriously big! This track When We Dip is about to premiere (exclusively) right now is one of those Techno bombs to mark the summer of 2017. Not one, but two Techno heavyweights, whose production skills are hereby combined, deliver this exquisite tune.
Oliver Huntemann definitely goes without introduction words. Having scored tunes in labels like Still Vor Talent and Cocoon Recordings, the German producer remains one of the most recognized names in Techno, having pursued his singular vision of quality electronic music for over 20 years, and brilliantly displayed it over releases of his imprint Senso Sounds.
One of the undoubted highlights of Huntemann’s upcoming ‘Propaganda’ LP is ‘Rotlicht’. For the release of this more than special single, he’s joined by another Techno titan, whose remix for Noir & Olivier Giacomotto’s tune ‘Reste’ has been one of the unanimous hits of 2016’s summer. Apparently he is in for another summer hit as his reinterpretation of Huntemann’s song seems to match the requirements of a legitimate dancefloor banger. Egyptian DJ and producer Raxon whose name is seen among the latest releases of ELLUM and DIYNAMIC, delights us with his rework for ‘Rotlicht’.
Primed for maximum impact! Hard-hitting drums, trippy synth loops, a rather obscure atmosphere, all those ingredients combined brought out of Raxon’s studio this real Techno weapon that will undoubtedly bring dancefloors to deviance. Seeing the light of day this Friday, July the 14th via Senso Sounds, this is: Oliver Huntemann – Rotlicht (Raxon Remix).
