Stevie R returns to Chapter 24, this time launching his new collaborative partnership with CERPINTXT for the release of free track ‘Ruins’. They are joined by Acid Frank who adds instrumental touches to a deep and freaky exploration. Richly evocative of tribal life and ancient ritual, the ‘Rhythms of Life Mix’ is guided by an introspective and contemplative vocal that lays bare the spiritual intent of the music. The track draws heavily on textural layering, whilst nonetheless offering a purposeful and intricate groove which builds to a satisfying and warped crescendo. A Dub Mix adds further variety.
