After 11 years as a staple of the Montreal underground dance music scene, Andres Velilla and his NoiseFloor brand are launching NoiseFloor Records. The Colombian born DJ/Producer has hosted his monthly NoiseFloor night at Montreal’s coveted Salon Daomé NoiseFloor since 2009 and over that time has built a devoted local following. With the intention of spreading quality local artists along side internationals from a range of genres, the first release comes from a talented Montreal native, souls, and includes remixes from Mikalogic and AlBird. The release carries a dark and dirty energy blending techno and progressive for a powerful big room after-hours sound. We’re happy to be sharing a first listen with you below. Enjoy!
