Unveiling his brand new EP on Hot Since 82’s ‘Knee Deep in Sound’ label, Northern Irish producer Dee Montero delivers the Balearic inspired ‘Pangaea’ and the dynamic ‘Voyager’, with both tracks out 9th July. Clocking up a wealth of releases on Anjunadeep, Saved, Selador Recordings and Solomun’s Diynamic label, Dee Montero was recognised by Pete Tong in 2017 for his summer anthem ‘Halcyon’, with the legendary broadcaster labelling the record as, “Melancholic, emotional, uplifting, hopeful and inspiring” on his BBC Radio 1 show.

Opening with ‘Pangaea’, a cleverly crafted production which relies on looped chimes and a pounding rhythm, which displays Dee Montero’s Mediterranean influences. The record is continued with ‘Voyager’; a rumbling after-hours production which is also joined by a special Martin Buttrich remix, with the German producer spinning a unique interpretation on the original, as the Ushuaia Ibiza regular works in a range of tribal hooks to his cut.
