Audiofly’s Supernature label makes a very welcome return after a two-year absence, with a stunning 4 track EP from Brian Cid. The Brooklyn-based DJ and producer has been turning heads these last few years, with stellar releases on labels like Lost & Found, Knee Deep In Sound and his own Endangered imprint, as well as enthralling DJ sets at Burning Man, BPM Festival, ADE and many more….

Label owners, Luca & Anthony, disclose there reasons for the re-launch, “As with many things in life, sometimes it is necessary to take a break in order to revise the goal we originally set ourself towards a certain project. This was exactly the case with Supernature: Over two years ago we took a hiatus to concentrate on the sister label Flying Circus, whilst keeping in mind that one day we would feel the need (and the joy) to have Supernature running again with a renewed vision and some great music to boot. The time has finally come and we’re more than happy to present you with the second phase of this great label that has helped us and many other artists to fly to new heights. I hope you enjoy what’s to come as much as we did putting it together again.

Across the four cuts on the Siente La Magia EP, Cid teases out brooding melodies and dark percussive rhythms. Middle Eastern influences are in play on ‘Aviv’ as the melodies drift over dense synth pads, whilst hypnotic keys and stammering hi-hats yield mesmerising results on ‘Siente La Magia’.
