The St Petersbourg based Bondarev delivers a stellar EP on London based boutique imprint Crossings, featuring collaboration with Marat Mode. It is Bondarev’s second release on Crossings after his debut EP, Full of Love, from which we premiered the masterpiece “Sansara” on When We Dip last year. Distant Memories is a mesmerising and beautifully crafted piece, an end of summer anthem, full of colours and emotions. An atypical label, Crossings, provides a platform to artists and local heroes from around the globe, and their respective communities to interact and grow – a community which includes the residents of The Gardens of Babylon in Amsterdam, Boneca in London, Klassified in the French Riviera, Fantome de Nuit in Beirut, Horde in Paris and HYPE in Tunisia to name a few.
