Paul Ritch continues his quest for acid sounds on ‘Ghost Of Modica’, his next EP on Quartz Rec. Two original tracks are presented here, first the title track which is a slow building acid melter where Paul Ritch creates tension right from the start, while on ‘Sentinelle (Tool Mix) he uses spooky and crackling sounds to create an eerie atmosphere, like a stroll through an enchanted forest. To round off this EP, Paul Ritch invited HD Substance to remix ‘Ghost Of Modica’. The veteran Spanish producer brings the kick forward and adds reverb to the acid-lines transforming the track into a powerful warehouse party killer.
