When We Dip | Premiere: Ben Böhmer team up with Fritz Kalkbrenner for a new single on Anjunadeep

Since his label debut ‘Flug & Fall’ appeared on the fourth edition of Anjunadeep‘s Explorations series, Germany’s Ben Böhmer has been a consistent force as one of Anjunadeep’s mainstay producers. His ‘Morning Falls’ EP topped the Beatport chart and landed Böhmer his first ‘Essential New Tune’ on BBC Radio 1, following up this success with an evocative EP in ‘Dive’, as well as completing remix duties for Above & Beyond, Lane 8 and Way Out West.

After kicking off 2019 with ‘Little Lights’ featuring on ‘Anjunadeep 10’, Böhmer has teamed up with luminary Berlin producer Fritz Kalkbrenner on the exciting new collaborative single ‘Rye’. The track infuses the lush melodicism that informs both producers’ styles with a distinct tribal flavour, kicking off with organic toms that soon give way to a warm chord progression and a full-bodied bassline.
