Austrian DJ and producer Demuja has kicked off the new decade with brand-new album Atlantic Avenue, out via MUJA. A 16-track offering taking in everything from house and disco to breakbeat and jungle, Atlantic Avenue sees Demuja masterfully flex his talent and versatility as a producer.

Three tracks from the LP, the West Coast electro-indebted ‘Gammarth’, bass-driven ‘Take It And Leave’ and vocal-led ‘Over And Over’, have been released as singles across the month of March, following on from breakbeat-laden January single ‘Power To The People’, which was released alongside a captivating, Breaking Bad-reminiscent official video.

Further highlights include the sax-driven, jazz-inflicted deep house vibes of ‘Come Back And Dance’, hazy, lo-fi jam ‘Hokkaido’ and the understated euphoria of ‘The Return’, with Demuja peppering all of the 16 tracks with his trademark production brilliance.

Carving a reputation around his ability to inject some soul into disco and house, Demuja has previously released music on a string of lauded imprints, including Nervous Records, Traxx Underground and Toytonics. One of the most prolific producers in the underground, Atlantic Avenue sees Demuja reiterate exactly why he is held in such high regard from all corners of the scene.
