Time flies as they say and we’re living on the fast lane. Thirteen years deep, looking back at over 150 releases on their main label alone it is time for Upon You Records to celebrate a special anniversary, even though it feels like they’ve reached a two digit status only yesterday.

But 13 is a lucky number and therefore they’re in for a treat, Upon You Records present ‘UPON YOU THE 13TH’, the first of two parts of their special birthday compilation, catering formerly unreleased cuts, updates and pure dancefloor bangers brought to you by longtime collaborators as well as fresh talent on the rise, all representing the sound of Upon You Records for 2020.

The main man Ruede Hagelstein who’s teaming up with Andrei Matorin for ‘Minus (String Update 2020)’, presenting a new angle and approach towards his 2014-released classic ‘Minus’, exploring a moodier, beautifully complex and surely Motor City-influenced variation of the genre widely known and loved as Tech House.
