Einmusik and 8Kays head to Blaufield Music to remix Booka Shade and Eli & Fur’s ‘To The Sea’, alongside a further remix from the label bosses themselves.

Hot on the heels of their 9th studio album ‘Dear Future Self’, which featured the original collaboration between the legendary Berlin-based duo and London via Los Angeles DJs, producers and singer-songwriters Eli & Fur, Booka Shade and Blaufield Music now welcome back rising talent 8Kays alongside Einmusika boss Einmusik to deliver fresh interpretations of the track, whilst also offering up a slick new take from the label bosses themselves.

Einmusik’s remix opens proceedings in euphoric fashion as pulsating builds contrast against restrained, evolving basslines and sparking leads, whilst 8Kays’ version takes on a much darker aesthetic whilst incorporating Eli & Fur’s hypnotic and resonant vocals throughout. To close, label heads Booka Shade revisit the track by offering up a bubbling rework guided by rolling organic percussion licks, soaring synths and rich bass stabs – shaping up the package in impressive fashion and revealing three fresh dancefloor-driven takes on the classy and emotive original.
