Los-Angeles based producer Sarkis Mikael is serving next on the line of Sangraal releases with ‘The Pursuit Of Happiness’ EP, which is taken further with a remix by Gorje Hewek. Sarkis is the sound conceptualist, who is accurately treating the deep house community with humping, therapeutic, globally-influenced rhythms and melodies, as you might read about the artist positioning.

Past releases with Sol Selectas, Hoomidaas Records, Underyourskin and A Tribe Called Kotori, as well as running NCTRNL label, showed Sarkis as the artist we feel very ardent to work with. ‘The Pursuit Of Happiness’ title speaks for itself: deep and profound journey.

Remix from Gorje Hewek (All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Rose Avenue) is more dynamic, though remaining within the mood of the original, filled with a splendid guitar and string work.
