When We Dip | Indian duo faintface returns to SOL with serene two-track EP 'Dreamers / Houseplants'

Indian duo faintface make a highly anticipated return to SOL. The ambient pair left a lasting impression with their ‘In Threes’ EP in September of 2021. February 4th sees the pair return to the label with a lush follow-up in two track release ‘Dreamers/Houseplants’.

The new EP is yet another stellar exhibition of their signature sound, which blends the best of lo-fi, ambient and modern classical.

‘Dreamers’ is a soft, meditative cut that fuses ultra-light pads and intricate melodic touches in a blissful sonic experience.

‘Houseplants’ is a similarly delicate creation, although it is defined by a contrast at its core. Idyllic bells, and dulcet melodic tones are met with tension in the air, making for a dynamic, introspective experience.
