Montreal-based producer Jares releases ‘Rupture’ EP on Istanbul-based label Mirror Walk, accompanied by a remix from the very talented Kamilo Sanclemente.

The EP starts with ‘Rupture’, a creative composition combining ghostly synths, uplifting bass, futuristic sounds, and organic drums. Although the track starts with simplicity, it quickly turns to an orchestrated chaos with the introduction of raw textures and glitchy bright sounds.

The second track ‘Aura’ is a true dreamy voyage inspired by big amphitheaters and soothing opera vocals. The momentum is built by a beautiful blend between spacey analog synths, smooth groovy basslines and Jares’ signature orchestral touch. The track’s main drop is poignant after an irresistible tension build-up followed by ethereal vocals coming from above.
