After their first collaboration for Odd Echoes Vol. 5, Fur Coat and Alfa Romero join forces once again to present their EP Antigone’s Dream.

The opening track ‘Antigone’s Dream’, is a melodic dance floor weapon. The mix of skills of these producers, create some unique synths, melodies, and rhythms, with hypnotic touches, producing the perfect track for the peak of any DJ set.

The second track of the pack, ‘Icarus Wings’, brings a more celestial and trippy atmosphere. Showing little by little some synthesizers that complement each other, leading to the drop of the track, where that heavy drone bass appears, along with the melancholic chords, to return to the hook of the track with some epic chord stabs that will stay in your mind.

Going into a darker vibe, Fur Coat and Alfa Romero, present us with ‘Multiple Escapes’, which also showcases each artist’s signature mix of hallmarks, from the catchy arpeggio, to the groovy bass and percussion, the synth hook stabs and heavenly chords, delivering another gem to the EP.

The final track ‘Distant Future’ is also a melodic and deep one, but it surprises us when the bass line enters, which turns it into a track with a quite funky and unique touch. The drop of this one has a very intense and emotional atmosphere that builds with the chords, and goes back to the funky groovy vibe.
