Impressum reminds us again why quality not quantity is what’s important in life, as they present us Netherlands-based Collé and his awe-inspiring EP ‘Don’t Push’.

Bursting onto the scene in 2018 with the anthem ‘Owami’, he now regularly resides on labels like Anjunadeep, Stil vor Talent, and TrueColors where his music carries the support of heavyweights like Solomun, Ame, Black Coffee, and Bedouin. Almost constantly on tour, we’re pleased he found the time to create this beautiful EP.

Starting off with the title track ‘Don’t Push’. This is a beautiful yet haunting piece of music that takes the listener on a journey through the darkness in search of the light we can sense is flickering at the end of the tunnel. An ever-evolving track with a solid driving beat, haunting stab lines, and pad movements and effects coming straight from that basement you were so scared of as a kid. A powerful track, full of emotions and hands-in-the-air moments!

On the flip side, he gives us ‘System Error’, a track that takes up where the A side left off. As we go deeper and deeper into the pitch black abyss, Collé yet again brings the listener on a journey towards the light, navigating through massive breakdowns, evolving mysterious choirs, sharply sliced filters, and epic crescendos.
