After ‘Viebar’ Modul Kollektiv & Gespona teamed up again for another great collaboration. Their new track is called ‘Salca’ meaning SAL (zkammergut) and CA (talunia) – which is where Modul Kollektiv and Gespona are from and are currently based Due to the fact that the Covid-19 pandemic was still ongoing the music of this EP was produced in two different studios without a physical meeting of the two artists. It is a warm analog-sounding EP made for a cold digital world.

It’s a resistance against the virus and the social distancing – Humanity finds a way to produce great music no matter how hard the times may seem.

Modul Kollektiv has had a prosperous career producing & performing under numerous synonyms within various genres, however with the arrival of his new moniker Modul Kollektiv the budding artist is set to cement himself as one of the hottest bourgeoning producers & DJs within the realm of deep/afro/melodic house. After hitting the Beatport top ten with his ‘Organic EP’ and placing ‘Exide EP’ on #1 of Top 100 Releases in Beatport Afro House, 2022 will be his most fruitful year to date.

Gespona is a DJ/Producer that delivers a mix between deep, hypnotic, progressive and melodic techno sounds. Signed for labels in Berlin like Einmusika and Katermukke – Resident DJ for NOM Barcelona, last year he shared decks with Adana Twins, Eelke Kleijn , Nick Warren, YokoO, Roy Rosenfeld, Los Suruba, Khen, Behrouz, Darin Epsilon among others. As a producer, he has signed music for great labels in Berlin such as Einmusika or Katermukke and has also released on Hernan Catteno’s label Sudbeat.
