Wannabe A Frog Records serves up a selection of remixes and a 2023 update of Guy Laliberté & Soul of Zoo feat. Dominique Fils-Aimé ‘Into Your Tribe’ with Bedouin, Nhii, Tebra, Hicky & Kalo and Just Emma all adding their own spin.

‘Into Your Tribe (Remaster 2023)’ is a deeply enchanting tune with mid-tempo rolling drums, raw guitar licks and tropical percussion under the soulful vocal. After a more chunky club mix comes a spine-tingling deep house rework by Bedouin complete with mystic synth leads and then a ‘Nhii Remix’ offers something more textural and late night with cosmic synths bringing the tension. The ‘Tebra Remix’ is another loose-limbed and deeper workout with an organic feel and steamy atmosphere. ‘Into Your Tribe (Just Emma Sunset Remix)’ has a lumpy rhythm that rises and falls under the gorgeous original vocal, ‘Into Your Tribe (Hicky & Kalo Remix)’ then takes things into the cosmos with more heavenly-sounding vocals and a rich array of lush synths, and a final ‘Alternative mix’ brings some sleazy guitar riffs and a chanting vocal.
