The Spanish PARALEL is back on Infinite Depth with his second EP titled ‘Electric’. The EP consists of two signature and colorful originals in collaboration with vocalist Davide Famularo. As an addition to these originals, the label welcome Angelov and Carlo Whale with two divergent, but great remixes.

The first track of the release is ‘Electric’. The dynamic arrangement takes you on a trip that starts off with the calming vocals of Davide, after which the rhythmic synth work leads itself into the break while giving a euphoric feeling. From there the track works slowly to the final part of this lively piece, going up again towards the end of the track.

In his remix of ‘Electric’, Angelov gave it his signature twist. The energy level goes up from the start immediately. He managed to use the vocals in such a way the whole feeling of the vocals changed. Nevertheless, they still fit perfectly to the elements taken from the original. Throughout the composition a quite fierce characteristic synth comes through, giving the remix some extra roughness.

Titled ‘Nothing is Real’, the third track by PARALEL showcases a captivating interplay between the soothing vocals and rhythmic synth work. This dynamic interaction leads to a tightly crafted drop, where the organic percussion resurfaces, creating a danceable unity infused with a subtle undertone of darkness. The result is a flamboyant composition that seamlessly combines elements of rhythm and melody.

Carlo Whale’s remix of ‘Nothing Is Real’ takes a refreshing approach by shifting the spotlight towards the vocals, enveloping them in a contemporary, melodic techno atmosphere. This reimagining allows the vocals to exude a heightened sense of ecstasy. With the addition of a dreamy lead, the remix becomes an uplifting and romantic experience, effortlessly blending these emotions together.
