Considered by many as one of the most promising & versatile Electronic South African producers, Thakzin made his first outing on Foliage earlier in 2023 with the wonderful collaboration ‘Don’t Let Me See’ featuring SA vocalist, Ray T.

‘Don’t Let Me See’ now gets a stunning rework from legendary UK producer Jimpster with a deep remix, full of his unique elegance and mystery.

Thakzin counts his peers Shimza, Themba or Black Coffee as some of his biggest homegrown ambassadors. Internationally, his productions have been supported by a wide range of A-listers: Folamour, &ME, Rampa, Adam Port, Dixon, Atjazz, Osunlade, Louie Vega, Pablo Fierro, Eric Kupper, David Morales, Michel Cleis, Floyd Lavine, Hyenah, Laurent Garnier, Oscar P, Hector Romero, Rocco Rodamaal… A DJ at heart since his early years, Thakzin is a prolific performer in South Africa and is preparing his first International dates for the Spring & Summer of 2023, including Sondela events.
