MÜSE drop 2023’s edition of ‘Summer Cuts’, with label co-founders Dennis Cruz and Eddy M joined by a wealth of emerging talent to provide a wealth of summer heat.

An annual fixture within the label’s flourishing catalog and one that brings with it a spotlight to talent across the globe, MÜSE’s Various Artists compilation Summer Cuts usually results in tracks from the package soundtracking the biggest events across the summer months, and this year’s edition looks to be no different. Building on the success of the previous instalments, alongside the ever-popular MMW compilation, this year’s lineup brings a stack of new names alongside fresh music from both co-founders.

Heading up the package, label bosses Dennis Cruz and Eddy M set the tone with the release of ‘Galactica’ and ‘Can’t Stop This’ – with two tracks showcasing a more paired-back sound while keeping the tight percussive arrangements, innovative sample use and smooth grooves the pair have become so well known and loved for. Joining them on the release is returning MÜSE alumnus Joe Vanditti, while debut appearances from Caravaca, David Lowe & Javi Miramontes, Julio Bravo & Samuel Morgan, Michel Tallè & White Off, Rhoowax, and William Deep highlight the duos A&R priorities to showcase new talent from across the globe.
