Following his debut on the ‘Worlds Within Thee III’ compilation in 2022, Martin Gardoqui makes his return to Endangered in fine form with the ’Tomorrow’ EP. The Argentinian’s sound stays true throughout what is a sublime collection of work, and sits proud amongst a back catalogue spanning the likes of labels The Soundgarden, Plattenbank, Steyoyoke & once again Endangered.

The title track ‘Tomorrow’ kicks off proceedings as a collaborative affair alongside fellow countryman Martino (AR), as they both collide and offer a punchy, marching groove and raw electro synth lines. ‘Tebas’ takes things deeper as intricate percussive patterns carry wailing top line pads and growling bass through a stellar stripped back production.

‘Veracity’ ups the energy as richer, more progressive sounds enter the space in empowering fashion, while ‘Blot’ takes you back to room two with a more minimalistic approach. Closing the show; ‘Dhyana’ arrives with dark stomping grooves and glitchy delayed effects that round off with a perfecting closing statement.

“In this process, I sought depth, internal feelings, light, darkness, and life itself, embodying the four elements of nature in a profound and constant dance. ‘Tomorrow’ stands out as an exceptional and vital piece within the EP. Collaborating with Martino (AR), we embarked on a deep and dark journey, envisioning it as a club anthem on the dance floor.” – Martin Gardoqui

You can now listen to the full premiere of ‘Tebas’ exclusively on When We Dip. Enjoy!
