A rising talent who cut her teeth in New York’s underground, JOSIE. has a taste for funkier, esoteric shades of dance music. Sourcing from equal parts attitude and mystique, her sets lay all to bare with always the same intention in mind: make people dance.

Her style is a journey through sound—a hypnotic kaleidoscope colored by her, at times, nomadic lifestyle; and the indie, psychedelic and tribal influences she’s collected along the way. Unbound by any one genre, her mood-driven sets pull from the energy of the dancefloor—ebbing and flowing in the moment. No experience is ever quite the same.

Classically trained in orchestral viola at a young age, JOSIE. rediscovered her artistry after a decade of raving and harboring a true love of the culture. Now, on the other side of the decks, her work is an ode to the undeniable power of music.
JOSIE. has graced the booths of coveted dance sanctuaries across the world, from Brooklyn’s warehouses and the jungles of Tulum to the beaches of Turkey and clubs of Tel Aviv. Priority is given to gatherings where intimacy, connection and pristine sound converge in a refined underground experience. She’s played alongside the likes of Echonomist, Laolu, Yulia Niko, Konstantin, Map.ache, Valentín Huedo, Glauco di Mambro, Dorian Craft and more.
