The EP showcases remixes of original works from top-tier artists on Me Gusta Records, highlighting five exceptional reimaginations. First off, Zen Guinle remixes Andreas Henneberg’s legendary ‘Fake Strike Steak.’ Zeo’s dynamic reinterpretation channels the driving beats and energy that he is so known and loved for. Keeping it minimal but with a deep flavour, Zeo delivers a feisty remix with a lot of intricate layers.
On remix duties for Beth Lydi’s track ‘Sunrise and Tequila’ is the massively talented Marcello V.O.R. Marcello amplifies Beth Lydi’s original with a blend of intensity and hypnotic rhythms, inspired by his Brazilian roots and global influences. It is an energetic reinterpretation with a lot of sass.
In the third remix, the talented Fran Bortolossi lays his hands on Zeo Guinle’s massive track ‘Groove is the Answer.’ A staple of the South American electronic scene, Fran brings warmth and groove to this track, infusing it with his signature deep house style that has captivated audiences from London to Buenos Aires.
