Polaris starts a new year by welcoming Mexican duo Damo Mementto & Anna Forest for a fierce debut with ‘Futturo Desconocido.’

Combining indie dance and electronic rock, the track is nostalgic and, as the name suggests, ‘futuristic’, taking the audience on a deep and cosmic adventure.

The original is a collaboration with producer Anna Forest and has been remixed with two monster names in indie dance, Damon Jee and Rigopolar.

The original gets off to a strong start with a psychedelic base intertwined with hypnotic synths and distorted guitar riffs merging perfectly with Anna Forest’s poetic and evocative Vocals. Blending romanticism, cosmic imagery, and spiritual empowerment, leading the audience to a mesmerizing drop

Damon Jee raises the tempo with his version of ‘Futturo Desconocido,’ keeping the vocals but bringing in the drums and reworking the original into a dark, dancefloor-oriented treat, with convoluted arpeggios and echoing vocals in a unique remake of the original. 

Born in Mexico but based in New York, Rigopolar’s mental remix of ‘Futturo Desconocido’ will take you on a magical journey through time and space with its shimmering, arpeggiated synths, while the deeper cowbells will have you tapping your feet.
