Premiere: Saytek thrills on RAW Industries Berlin with thunderous, cutting-edge tracks extracted from live sets across ‘RAW & Live’ EP

With a multi decade spanning career behind him, prolific live artist Saytek shows no signs of slowing things down. His innovative techno energy has always strained the boundaries, consistently testing new waters with no performance being the same. It is this unique and spontaneous outlook on music which has landed him the ‘RAW & Live’ EP on the heavily respected Raw Industries label. Straight edge sounds extracted from live performances to give an insight of Saytek’s current and essential sound. Pulsating and enormous techno from one of the most devoted in the game, charting this one at an early point at number 3 within the Techno Raw/Deep/Hypnotic”Beatport chart, and he also recently featured in FAZE Magazine’s top 10 live acts for a second year in a row.

The first track ‘Never Lost (Live)’ heats things up from the get go, a slick and driven motion from the UK live act, laced with tripped out vocals, creating hypnotic tension as it passes you by. ‘Check 125 (Live)’ is constructed with a thunderous kick and throbbing industrial attitude, before you cross paths with ‘Every Body Work My Body,’ playful samples flash in and out, complimenting the serious acid tinged rhythms that wander around them. ‘DET88 (Live)’ is again further exemplary work from Saytek, looping tones sending the peak time dance floor into a frenzy…dark and twisted movements for the small hours of the night. Not letting up the pace of the EP is ‘Get That (Live),’ mysterious synths and pads whirr in the depths of the darkness, stretching the mind of the listener as it moves. As expected, Saytek kick starts 2025 with some of his finest work to date, gritty and smokey techno not for the faint-hearted.

With such longevity in the game, Saytek sticks true to his underground sound, never shying away from experimentation. This release comes off the back of an Awesome Soundwave album, releases on other labels such as Laurent Garnier’s Cod3QR, and Kevin Saunderson’s KMS all whilst heavily touring playing the likes of Rave The Planet, underground clubs as well as tours in India, USA, Mexico and Canada to name a few countries which have embraced his sound in recent times.
