Belgian techno maestro Axel Haube features Chicago House legend Robert Owens on darkly sensual single ‘Rushing,’ his debut on Adam Beyer’s Truesoul imprint, out February 21st.

Axel Haube offers ravers and underground fans melodic and cosmic techno, with darkly driving grooves and seductive synths echoing early trance influences. He’s played at Tomorrowland (Afterlife Stage), Circoloco Belgium, Hive,  and runs his own We Are event brand/fashion label. He’s released on the likes of Watergate, Petit Matin, Future Romance, his tracks supported by names like Tale Of Us, Massano, and Camelphat. Now he graces Beyer’s more melodic techno label Truesoul with his new single.

Robert Owens helped birth the Chicago House movement, and was a founder member of Fingers Inc. The US songwriter/vocalist/DJ/producer has remained a stalwart of the scene as a solo artist, with adored collabs and solo tracks such as ‘Tears’ and ‘I’ll Be Your Friend’ to his name.

‘Rushing’ thrills with techno drums and a breaksy vibe, woven with continuous melodic synths, showcasing the deeply sensual yet authoritative voice of Owens, intoning his controlled but ecstatic lyrics while bestriding the breakdowns accompanied by plucked string note patterns.
