Japan-based DJ and producer Yumi Kobayashi steps onto the white side of Polyptych. A featured artist at Ultra Festival Japan and a guest of MixMag Asia, she has also released on esteemed labels such as 3rd Avenue, Suprematic, and more.

Now, she presents her latest EP, ‘Mirror Forest.’ Both original tracks are distinguished by a harmonious fusion of progressive melodic and deep emotional dynamics, while rich synths, dense bass lines, and rhythmic percussion form a danceable, but at the same time soulful vibe.

The release is further elevated by a stellar remix from Alfonso Muchacho, who infuses the title track with a deep, rolling groove and a warm analog feel. Balancing melodic elegance and rhythmic intensity, the remix transports listeners with its lush bass, ethereal synths, and cinematic textures.
