Paco Osuna’s record label, Mindshake, presents a chunky and funky tech house release by Latmun that also includes a remix from the boss himself.

Latmun is a UK artist who is well known on the global stage, not only for being a regular at Ibiza venues like Amnesia and DC10, but also for his mainstage performances at international festivals ranging from BPM Festival in Costa Rica, to Desert Hearts in America.

His style layers infectious basslines and memorable vocal hooks with stripped back percussion sequenced into upbeat rhythms. Not only is Latmun an accomplished DJ, but he is also a skilled producer who has previously released on Mindshake alongside other prestigious record labels. He has also collaborated on tracks with the likes of Lee Foss.

On remix duty is Paco Osuna, one of Spain’s most iconic DJs with a dynamic style covering a full spectrum of house and techno. He has played headline shows all over the globe, and contributed tracks to some of electronic music’s most iconic record labels. Paco Osuna has also remixed tracks by influential artists such as Tony Touch, Basement Jaxx, Robert Armani, Chucky73, and Groove Armada.

‘Sauce’ is the EP’s title track, and first of the two originals. It has a rolling bassline and fast-paced rhythms forming a foundation for a hip hop inspired female vocal sample. Paco Osuna’s remix of ‘Sauce’ works in a rumbling bassline that allows his version to focus on the hypnotic flow of the percussion. ‘Non Stop’ brings the heat with a magnificent bassline that fills the track with funk, while the digitized tones of a soulful vocal gives the track a hands in the air vibe.
